Facilitator
Ceremony facilitator
As a facilitator, I organize (women’s) circles throughout the Netherlands, where I create a soft and loving space for deep self-discovery. During these circles, I guide participants through drinking of ceremonial cacao, the practice of meditation and yoga, and I share tools that support regulation, relaxation, and tuning into the gentle whispers of the body. At the heart of these circles is a return to yourself — in relaxation and in connection.
At the beginning of 2025, I had the privilege of joining forces with co-facilitator Romane Kuijt to co-author our book Rituals for Women — a versatile guide full of rituals designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
Yoga Teacher &
Reiki Practitioner
In 2022, I received my first yoga certification, which opened the door to further studies in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as my journey as a Reiki Practitioner. This knowledge lives within everything I do.
